Loved the tile floor, made me feel like I was in a fancy Mediterranean villa. Also, the dining area was great for pretending I can cook. And a microwave? I mean, who even has time for real cooking?
Oh yes, the absence of a screen on the window. Just what I needed, a mosquito feast every night.

The hotel had a fantastic location, just steps away from the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed strolling along the promenade and relaxing on the pebble beach. The room was well-equipped, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed.
The bathroom could have been improved. The shower was broken and full of scale, making it difficult to use.

I recently stayed at Feeling Like Home in Machico for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to the airport, beach, and city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room itself exceeded my expectations with its amenities and nice design. Checking in was smooth even though we arrived at night. The view from the window was also stunning. I am extremely pleased with my stay.
I do recommend this hotel.
